Where are you located?
We’re located in Fort Wayne, IN. In the warm months, we do markets in the Fort Wayne and Columbia City area. Be sure to keep an eye on our socials for upcoming market dates and locations!
How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat-rate shipping of $7.95, with free shipping on orders over $99.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing can take 3-5 days. Shipping times vary on how far your order is traveling, but delivery can be expected 1-5 days after being shipped.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Local pick-up is available for those in the Fort Wayne / Columbia City area. Free delivery can be discussed for local orders over $100.
I have issues with my order. What should I do?
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.
Shipping Issues:
Three Keiki Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Can candles be returned or exchanged?
At Three Keiki Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured with care in small batches. Because our products are personal-use items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Scent Preferences
Due to the nature of candles, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference. We encourage customers to review scent descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you ever need help choosing a scent, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!
